We are pet friendly! Cats and dogs are welcome!
Pets - Max 2 Allowed
We do not have a pet deposit.
One-time Refundable Pet Fee: $350 per pet
Monthly Pet Rent: $ 50 per pet
The weight limit is 25 lbs. per pet
Please reach out to our leasing team for questions about pets other than cats and dogs.
The following breed restrictions apply: Akita, German Shepherds, Chow Terriers, Doberman, Bull Staff, Rottweilers, Pit-Bull, Staffordshire Terriers and Wolf Dog Hybrids.
Service Animals
No Doctor’s note/confirmation of need required No deposits or pet fees required
No breed/weight restrictions enforced
Pet Addendum is completed (found in Blue Moon/Yardi)
Resident must ensure Service Animal complies with pet policies (i.e. on leash, not a noise nuisance, picks up after pet, etc.)
Residents are responsible for any pet damage upon vacating the premises.
